We're looking for JROTC Cadets who want to become Army lieutenants after graduating college. So we're interested in your Cadets who want Army ROTC programs in college or West Point (US Military Academy). We're not looking for young men or women who need discipline and structure to succeed in college. We're looking for disciplined young men and women who would enjoy a military structure who want to be leaders after college. We're looking for the same character sought by West Point.
